There are not only 2 different gates and paths but 2 different crowds.

Choose the 1 path, the 1 gate, that leads to life.  It will put you with a different crowd than if you go with the wide path, the wide gate that leads to destruction.  

The behavior of the "narrow path" crowd is the "Golden Rule".  That is, the Golden Rule can be seen in their hearts and the way they live their lives.  

Don't go along with the crowd.  It's not easy to go against the flow in a crowd or in a river.
