The Bible and Our Culture

Fighting the Culture War as a "Joshua" or "Caleb".

The American Church no longer needs to scout out the land.  We already know their is wickedness and corruption everywhere.  

America cannot afford to miss this window of opportunity.  

 

What does the Bible teach about how to pray for our enemies?  To repent. 

Intercession in the face of God's judgment, the Church's sacred role.

Does Moses dare try to advise God

We all have giants especially if you are taking ground for the purposes of God. 

When they threaten you, realize, like Caleb, they are your bread! 

"Give us this day our daily giants."

Fear and sour attitudes caused the children of Israel to miss their key opportunity.  

How fear and complaining causes failures.

The Lord hides revelation from those who won't appreciate it.

God likes to play Hide and Seek.

1Corinthians is consistent that we must let God judge, but echo His judgments as we "judge" righteously.

We must aspire to be good at Judging.

Judge rightly.

Christ followers are to excel at judging.

Jesus said in Matthew 7 "Judge Not," yet secularists seem to think they are exempt.  What Jesus said in context is often discarded.

Jesus said in John 7 "Judge with Righteous Judgment," yet secularists seem to think they can force their moral beliefs on the rest of us, but would be outraged if religious people forced their beliefs on them.
